When can I move in?

If there is a storage unit available that meets your storage needs you can move in anytime after your paperwork is completed and authorized by our staff. For all our storage units we require a government-issued form of photo identification (e.g. drivers license, passport, military ID or state ID). 
For storing vehicles (RVs, cars, motorcycles, etc.) we also require a copy of the vehicle's title, proof of insurance, license and a list of all lien holders and their contact information.

How much notice needs to be given before I move out?

We require WRITTEN notice (letter or email) at least 5 days prior to the last day of your monthly rental period before you move out. 

Do you sell boxes and storage supplies?

No, but there is a U-Haul store nearby at 603 E. Patrick Rd. just east of Haley.

Do I need to bring my own lock?

NO. As our units take ONLY Chateau brand solid brass/maximum security locks for the Bezel lock system, you will be issued a brand new packaged Chateau high-security lock and set of 3 keys, included in your rental fee.


 

What are the management office hours?

Our normal office hours are Monday-Friday, 9-2 with additional hours available by request. Call our office at 989-633-9346 or email midlandtownecenter@sbcglobal.net to confirm your appointment.
